had a great MFA at Hellgate today. Andy and Sadie were the attendees. There was also one kid from Willard alternative school. It was fun. We kick for an hour. This week is a week that the club didn't have a room so we had to play outside. What a week to not have a room, hopefully the last. It wasn't too bad, but it was definitely a bit chilly for short shorts. There was a good turn out. I was stoked to see that Anna brought here good shoes. Her toe stalls were happening everywhere and she had increased control of the bag. Evan was ripping and Kevin was hitting blurry whirl and shit in pants. I had an alright shred, mostly tiltless and stylie shit in pants. Good shred...
I like the new website!
I like the new website! I was really glad to hear that MFA is still goin' strong this year, with weekly meetings and micro-MFA at Hellgate. I'm traveling around the northwest these days now that I'm done with my summer with the Forest Service. I kick with Jim and Zeb in Boise from time to time. The jam last month was way fun. I kicked in Portland a few days ago with Nick Landes and Chase. I admire Chase's ability to school his tricks so hard. Maybe I'll get inspired to work my flipside in the coming months, now that I finally have the free time to do it. In a few days, I'll get together for a session with Aaron Orton and Anthony(I guess he's in Eugene nowadays). Sole purpose might even come down. I can't wait for the low-key Seattle jam next month. I hope that they come up with a good venue for the quasi event. Hope to see y'all there!
